Every morning, boat venders will cramp in Damnoen Saduak Canal to sell product from their plantations that varies from fruits to vegetables. During low tide, villagers gather to collect cockles in the mud. There will be a wooden board to slip on the muddy soil to collect cockles. Some people can collect tens of kilograms a day. It is a good income for the villagers.
